კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკა
ეს პოლიტიკა განმარტავს, თუ რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ Format Fit-ის მობილურ აპლიკაციაში, რატომ და როგორ შეგიძლიათ მათი მართვა.
1. ვინ ვართ
მონაცემთა დამმუშავებელია შპს 'ფფ ველნეს', საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი 405782602, მისამართი ბობ უოლშის 30ა. კონტაქტი: info@formatfit.ge, ტელ. +995558455020.

რას არ ვაგროვებთ
ჩვენ არ ვაგროვებთ თქვენს ადგილმდებარეობას, კონტაქტებს, კალენდარს ან ჯანმრთელობის სენსორების მონაცემებს. აპლიკაცია იყენებს კამერას მხოლოდ QR-კოდის წასაკითხად — გამოსახულება მუშავდება მოწყობილობაზე და არსად იგზავნება. რეკლამის იდენტიფიკატორს არ ვიყენებთ და თქვენს მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით.
3. სამართლებრივი საფუძველი
- ხელშეკრულების შესრულება — წევრობა, ჯავშნები, გადახდები.
- კანონისმიერი ვალდებულება — საბუღალტრო და საგადასახადო ჩანაწერები.
- თანხმობა — push-შეტყობინებები და ფოტოსურათი. თანხმობის გამოხმობა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ.
4. ვის ვუზიარებთ
მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით. ვუზიარებთ მხოლოდ იმ მომსახურე კომპანიებს, რომელთა გარეშეც აპლიკაცია ვერ იმუშავებს:
- Google Firebase — ავტორიზაცია და push-შეტყობინებები.
- Google / Apple — თუ ანგარიშში შესვლას მათი მეშვეობით ირჩევთ.
- Apple Pay — გადახდის მონაცემებს ამუშავებს Apple; ბარათის ნომერი ჩვენამდე არ აღწევს.
- SMS-პროვაიდერი — დასადასტურებელი კოდების გასაგზავნად.
- უფლებამოსილი ორგანოები — მხოლოდ კანონით გათვალისწინებულ შემთხვევაში.
5. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ
აქტიური წევრობის განმავლობაში და მისი დასრულების შემდეგ იმ ვადით, რომელსაც კანონი ითხოვს — საბუღალტრო ჩანაწერები ინახება 3 წელი. ანგარიშის წაშლის შემდეგ პერსონალური მონაცემები იშლება 30 დღეში (იხ. ქვემოთ).
6. ანგარიშის წაშლა
ანგარიშის წაშლა შეგიძლიათ უშუალოდ აპლიკაციიდან: პროფილი → ანგარიშის წაშლა. დასადასტურებლად მიიღებთ SMS-კოდს.
დადასტურებისთანავე: სესიები უქმდება, ბარათი წყვეტს დარბაზში დაშვებას, შეტყობინებები ითიშება და მომავალი ჯავშნები უქმდება. 30 დღის შემდეგ სამუდამოდ იშლება თქვენი სახელი, პირადი ნომერი, დაბადების თარიღი, მისამართი, ტელეფონი, ელფოსტა და ფოტოსურათი.
ფინანსური და სახელშეკრულებო ჩანაწერები რჩება ანონიმიზებული სახით, რადგან მათი შენახვა კანონით გვევალება. წაშლა შეუქცევადია და გადახდილი თანხა არ ბრუნდება.
წაშლის მოთხოვნა ასევე შეგიძლიათ გამოგვიგზავნოთ: info@formatfit.ge.
7. თქვენი უფლებები
საქართველოს „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ" კანონის შესაბამისად გაქვთ უფლება: მიიღოთ ინფორმაცია თქვენს მონაცემებზე, მოითხოვოთ მათი გასწორება, განახლება, დაბლოკვა ან წაშლა, და გამოიხმოთ თანხმობა. მოგვმართეთ info@formatfit.ge. საჩივრის შეტანა შეგიძლიათ პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურში.
8. უსაფრთხოება
კავშირი სერვერთან დაშიფრულია (HTTPS). სესია მიბმულია კონკრეტულ მოწყობილობაზე, პაროლები ინახება ცალმხრივი ჰეშირებით, ხოლო სესიის ტოკენები — დაშიფრულ საცავში (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
9. ბავშვები
აპლიკაცია არ არის განკუთვნილი 16 წლამდე პირებისთვის მშობლის თანხმობის გარეშე.
10. ცვლილებები
პოლიტიკის განახლების შემთხვევაში შეიცვლება ზემოთ მითითებული თარიღი და არსებითი ცვლილების შესახებ შეგატყობინებთ აპლიკაციაში.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Format Fit mobile app collects, why, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Ltd FF Wellness, company ID 405782602, registered at Bob Walsh 30a. Contact: info@formatfit.ge, tel. +995558455020.

What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, or health sensor data. The camera is used only to read QR codes — the image is processed on your device and never transmitted. We use no advertising identifier, and we do not sell your data.
3. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — membership, bookings, payments.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.
- Consent — push notifications and your photograph. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell data. We share only with the service providers the app needs to function:
- Google Firebase — authentication and push notifications.
- Google / Apple — if you choose to sign in with them.
- Apple Pay — payment details are handled by Apple; card numbers never reach our servers.
- SMS provider — to deliver confirmation codes.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
For the duration of your membership, and afterwards for as long as the law requires — accounting records are kept for 3 years. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days (see below).
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app: Profile → Delete account. You will receive an SMS code to confirm.
On confirmation your sessions are revoked, your card stops opening the gate, notifications are switched off, and future bookings are cancelled. After 30 days your name, personal ID number, date of birth, address, phone, email and photograph are permanently erased.
Financial and contractual records are retained in anonymised form, because the law requires us to keep them. Deletion is irreversible and no refund follows.
You may also request deletion by writing to info@formatfit.ge.
7. Your rights
Under the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to be informed about the data we hold, to have it corrected, updated, blocked or erased, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at info@formatfit.ge. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
8. Security
Traffic to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Sessions are bound to a single device, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and session tokens are held in the platform's encrypted store (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
9. Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 16 without parental consent.
10. Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date above and tell you in the app about anything material.
